What are the different user roles:

  • Users can create logs and view data as well as edit or delete logs
  • Managers have all rights as a user and in addition they can create and edit locations, invite users, manage business units as well as override emission factors
  • Admins have all rights like a Manager and additionally they can manage and view the whole organization
  • Guest or Spectator have read-only but no write permissions (for the Cozero Share module)

How to invite users?

  • Log-in to the Cozero Suite
  • Click on the right top of the page on your name
  • Click on Settings
  • Click on Users
  • Click on the top right side "Invite user"
  • Fill out the fields (name, email, business unit etc.)
  • Click on Invite
  • The user you wanted to invite, gets an email and invitation for the Cozero Suite and will have access to the business unit you associated him with

How to change a user's profile?

  • Log-in to the Cozero Suite
  • Click on the right top of the page on your name
  • Click on Profile
  • Change the respective input fields
  • Click Submit to save changes
